For a Fun Time in the Studio
Just Some Notes to Take for a Fun Time
Cancellation Policy for Workshops
Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once your slot has been booked. Please make sure that you can make it for the workshop slot before you book. No refunds will be given if there is no-show.
If you are unable to make it for the booked time slot - the booking is transferrable to another individual. Alternatively, you can reschedule - however, it needs to be done at least 24 hours before the workshop and ticket holder can only reschedule once. To reschedule or transfer the ownership of your workshop slot, you can reach the art facilitator via Whatsapp Business at 9831 7169, on Instagram @wl.artcraft, or via email at wlartcraftdesign@gmail.com.
In an event if the studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed of the refund procedures or rescheduling arrangements.
Punctuality
As late arrivals can impact the flow of the class, do aim to be on time, at least 5-10mins before the stated workshop timing.
Photography and Videography
Photographs and videos will be taken during class and shared with the participants as memories of their experience. These may also be used for social media and future marketing purposes. Participants with any concerns regarding this matter should inform the art facilitator prior to the start of the workshop.
Safety Use of Linocut Materials
We start every workshop with a quick, essential guide on how to carve safely. Please arrive on time so you don't miss these tips. We will provide you with carving blades and materials that are usually used for the art-making process. We just ask that you use them exactly as shown by the facilitator to keep your art-making process safe.
Linocutting is incredibly fun, but it does involve sharp carving blades. By joining us, you acknowledge that minor slips or nicks can occasionally happen. While we do everything we can to keep you safe, the studio and our instructors cannot be held responsible for personal accidents or injuries during the session. If you have any hand tremors, mobility limitations, or anything else we should know about to help you carve comfortably and safely, please chat with your instructor before we begin.
Age Limit
As the linocut technique requires a certain level of motor skills development, the recommended age for participation is set at 14 and above to ensure safety and enjoyment of the learning process.
Protective Gear and Damage
Aprons will be provided, but the studio is not responsible for any stains or damage to personal clothing or belongings caused by permanent printing inks or tools.
